Service cancellation must be done within the same contracted period. If cancellation is not done, and the charge is processed, no refund will be issued.
Services provided by RetlyHosting are generally not eligible for refunds. Prepaid payments and account credit are non-refundable and not transferable to alternative accounts.
We make a great effort to ensure that services are available 24/7 for the duration you have paid for. However, for various reasons, services may not be available to you at times. You acknowledge that occasional events may occur that will render services unavailable. We make no representation or warranty that our services will be uninterrupted.
We reserve the total right to cancel your account at any time, with or without notice. Your account will be canceled if you are found in violation of any of these terms.
To register on our site, you must have a unique and valid email address. Displaying a false email address will result in canceled accounts.
When requesting a server, or any other service from https://retlyhosting.net, you are only renting the service.
We assume no responsibility for what you choose to host on your server.
You may not use our services to host or distribute adult or illegal material.
Your service may be canceled at any time and for any reason.
RetlyHosting will not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by force majeure, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, government act, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control.
https://retlyhosting.net reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions, or cancel services at any time and for a valid reason.
https://retlyhosting.net is not responsible for storing any statistical data about servers, such as user information.
Due to the nature of the services we provide, there may be issues such as performance impacts, data corruption, data loss, and delay, among others. These issues are beyond our control and are not the result of our hardware or network. We are not responsible for these issues, although reasonable efforts will be made to assist with any issues you may experience. However, we offer backups that can be downloaded and restored at any time if the client takes them within the game panel.
All services are still subject to software limitations and physical hardware limits.
We cannot guarantee that the site is completely free of vulnerabilities. If a user is caught exploiting any area of RetlyHosting, their account will be permanently canceled.
We reserve the right to modify any information on the site at any time.
RetlyHosting reserves the right to disable and cancel your server if your server is regularly attacked with large-scale denial-of-service attacks that disrupt the products or services of other users.
If your service or services have been obtained through a promotion code or giveaway or even through a partnership with RetlyHosting, we reserve the right to modify or cancel your services as we see fit.
Servers can only be used for the services they were designed for, and you cannot install or use unauthorized third-party programs. Except for the custom plan, we provide technical assistance, such as the need for help with our server hosting issues and the Pterodactyl panel (software used to provide the web application for the server management panel), and we will not be responsible for any third-party software loaded on our services. Unauthorized use, such as attempting to access or interfere with other customers' data, will result in the suspension of your services.
You may not deliberately circumvent any limits or restrictions provided with your service, such as limited allocations, RAM limits, or CPU restrictions. Attempting to modify or bypass any usage restriction will result in the suspension or termination of your services without any refund.
In case your usage exceeds any existing limit on your server, the process exceeding these limits may be automatically disabled without prior notice. This may occur due to improper use, such as a locked or stuck server process.
Your usage must be reasonable and must not impose excessive loads on our hardware or available resources. You may not interfere with the services we provide to other customers. On rare occasions, we may impose restrictions on your services if your usage interferes with the services provided to other customers.
You acknowledge that the Services and any Material cannot be used for the purpose of storing data such as (but not limited to) backup storage or file data, mirror sites, or personal multimedia content such as movies, music, photos, or other media.
We monitor the use of Products or Services, and if we deem, for example, your use of Game Hosting (e.g., your use of disk space or CPU) is excessive, we reserve the right to: Communicate with you Requiring you to Reduce usage as soon as possible to reduce the risk of account suspension.
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or client located on RetlyHosting is strictly prohibited. As our customer, you are responsible for all your accounts and actions. If you violate our Terms of Service, your account will be canceled.
We reserve the right, and have absolute discretion, but not the obligation, to remove, filter, or edit any content (including Material) that breaches this Agreement or is objectionable in any other way. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, we reserve the right to immediately remove any Material to which we object and/or if you are making inappropriate use of the Services against the requirements of this Agreement.
Backup plugins should not be installed on servers. Any server found with a backup plugin will have said plugin removed. If detected again with a similar plugin, the server will be suspended or canceled.
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or client located on RetlyHosting is strictly prohibited. As our RAM is restricted based on the package you purchased, your server will be allocated 100% of what you bought.
Pterodactyl Panel uses Java indicators like PermGen; this means that the actual in-game memory may not show the total amount allocated to your server, but we can assure you that you have the physically allocated real memory.
Unlimited players on your server means that we allow the client to add any number of players, but that does not mean the server will handle unlimited players. The number of players your server can handle depends on your plugins/modifications and other optimizations within your current server.
If there is a server with intensive CPU usage, it may be suspended without a second warning to avoid issues for our customers.
To avoid abuse of our “unmetered” plan storage, we will allocate 100GB by default, but the customer will have the option to request a larger allocation of that resource from their server. Abuse of our unmetered storage or bandwidth usage may result in suspension or termination of your account if the abuse is severe enough to disrupt the usage of our other customers.
We reserve the right to remove backups, without prior notice, if their storage usage is excessive and disruptive to our other customers.
